Annual License and Subscription Fee Increase Notification Your satisfaction is important to us. In order to continue to provide a high-quality service, we wish to serve this notification to you, our valued member of the annual increase across our service offering which is effective as of 31 March 2012.
The increase is 4% (four percent) and will cover an increase in our operational overheads. This will have a validity of 1 year. We have endeavoured to keep the increase below inflation to minimise the impact of our members businesses.
